Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing secure access management solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to privileged access.
Familiarity with integration of access management tools within enterprise environments.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
