Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure access management solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to privileged access.
• Familiarity with integration of access management tools within enterprise environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
