Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
Strong understanding of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines.
Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data processing workflows.
Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and big data technologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
