Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
Strong expertise in data analysis and interpretation to support solution development.
Experience in designing scalable and efficient architectures tailored to client requirements.
Ability to integrate multiple technology platforms to create cohesive solutions.
