As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives and value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
