Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience in designing and developing scalable data models and reports.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and integration tasks.
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data security best practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
