Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable data models and reports.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and integration tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data security best practices.
