Job Description:

Role: Account Manager

Location: Vadodara/ Bangalore

We are seeking an impact-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success. In this role, you will balance relationship management with revenue expansion to drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Manage Client Relationships

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters.
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executives.
Conduct regular strategic business reviews to monitor client health.

Drive Revenue Expansion

Own account renewals to minimize client churn.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual net-revenue goals.

Collaborate Across Internal Teams

Partner with Practice, Delivery, and support teams
Oversee onboarding processes for new clients to ensure early success.

Track Performance and Report

Forecast and track key account metrics and revenue indicators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
Prepare regular status reports for internal and external leadership
