Job Description:

Role: Account Manager

Location: Vadodara/ Bangalore

We are seeking an impact-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success. In this role, you will balance relationship management with revenue expansion to drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Manage Client Relationships

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews to monitor client health.

1. Drive Revenue Expansion

• Own account renewals to minimize client churn.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual net-revenue goals.

1. Collaborate Across Internal Teams

• Partner with Practice, Delivery, and support teams
• Oversee onboarding processes for new clients to ensure early success.

1. Track Performance and Report

• Forecast and track key account metrics and revenue indicators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
• Prepare regular status reports for internal and external leadership
