Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
Configure organizational structures, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and employee data management processes.
Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and reporting solutions.
Manage data migration, validation, and integration activities.
Support EC-related processes including employee lifecycle management, position management, and workflow approvals.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop dashboards and workforce analytics.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting, including Story Reports, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and People Analytics.
Experience with Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, Position Management, and Foundation Objects.
Knowledge of Employee Central integrations and data migration activities.
Understanding of HR processes and workforce management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and Employee Central Payroll integrations.
Exposure to global HR transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
