Key Responsibilities:- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
- Configure organizational structures, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and employee data management processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and reporting solutions.
- Manage data migration, validation, and integration activities.
- Support EC-related processes including employee lifecycle management, position management, and workflow approvals.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting, including Story Reports, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and People Analytics.
- Experience with Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, Position Management, and Foundation Objects.
- Knowledge of Employee Central integrations and data migration activities.
- Understanding of HR processes and workforce management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and Employee Central Payroll integrations.
- Exposure to global HR transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
