Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting within SAP systems to ensure efficient application behavior.
Experience in integrating SAP applications with other enterprise systems and managing data flows effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
