- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting within SAP systems to ensure efficient application behavior.
- Experience in integrating SAP applications with other enterprise systems and managing data flows effectively.
