Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with broader organizational strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Pyspark, Azure data Bricks, SQL, Python, Data engineer.
Strong experience in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines.
Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud-based platforms.
Expertise in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with deploying machine learning solutions in production environments and monitoring their performance.
Capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
