Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Pyspark, Azure data Bricks, SQL, Python, Data engineer.
- Strong experience in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines.
- Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud-based platforms.
- Expertise in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with deploying machine learning solutions in production environments and monitoring their performance.
- Capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
