As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
