Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
