Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to billing processes and application performance.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for quality assurance and deployment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
