Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
Strong experience in financial systems integration and data reconciliation within enterprise environments.
Ability to design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces in SAP Central Finance landscape.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
Competence in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective resolutions.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
