• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Strong experience in financial systems integration and data reconciliation within enterprise environments.
• Ability to design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces in SAP Central Finance landscape.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Competence in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective resolutions.
