About Us:

This role will involve managing E-commerce operations and ensuring smooth execution, helping to maintain the efficiency.

The person in this role will be working on all our major e-commerce and quick commerce channels and will be responsible for driving growth in coordination with the senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, content hygiene, audits, and compliance across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Quick Commerce channels as well as the website.
Manage end-to-end operations for Nykaa, Ajio, and First Cry - including listings, stock, promotions, and drive sales growth through regular coordination and execution
Handle order fulfillment & operations across all channels—ensuring timely processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Coordinate with channel partners on operational tasks, including purchase orders, SOP creation and adherence, and shipments.
Generate and analyze operational and sales reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
Resolve order-related issues and escalations in coordination with internal teams and external channel partners.
Handle bulk and corporate order operations, including processing, shipment tracking, and client coordination.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for inventory and order management
Effective multitasking and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy and timely execution

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business, or related preferred).
Prior experience in ecommerce operations or B2B support is a plus.
Basic technical know-how of order management systems or ERP tools preferred.
