About you

The successful applicant will be aPrincipal Geotechnical Engineerwith a proventechnical and project managementtrack record.
inimum of 20+ years industrial experience in a similar organisation.
A strong academic background with a relevant degree (ideally MSc/Meng/MTechor equivalent).
Chartered status(C.Eng,P.Eng,P.E, or equivalent).
Proven experience of acting as aPrincipal Geotechnical Engineerin a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment.
Highly experiencedwith geotechnical analysis software like PLAXIS (2D&3D) SLOPE/W, WALLAP,PDISP,VDISP & REPUTE.
ProvenGeotechnical design experience.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to develop and leadGeotechnical design teams.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients.
Good commercialtrack recordin negotiating and running successful jobs.
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produceaccuratework.
A willingness to travel on short assignments bothtothe UK and overseas.
