Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
Experience with monitoring and managing enterprise-level integration platforms.
Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose issues effectively.
Familiarity with business-to-business data exchange protocols and standards.
Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
