We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about field sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.

• Identify and approach prospective clients for Digital Marketing and Software Development services.

• Promote and sell the company's services, including:

o Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing)

o Website Design & Development

o E-commerce Website Development

o Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS)

o CRM Solutions

o HRMS Solutions

o ERP Solutions

o Custom Software Development

• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement-gathering meetings.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and corporate visits to generate quality leads.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM with accurate customer information.

• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth project onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and IT Services.

• Proven ability to generate leads independently.

• Confident in conducting field visits and face-to-face client meetings.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in Digital Marketing or IT

Services.

• Experience in selling Website Development, Mobile Applications, CRM, HRMS, ERP, or Custom Software Solutions will be preferred.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is compulsory.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (Bike) for client meetings and field visits.

• Own Laptop for presentations, meetings, and daily work.

• Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client acquisition.

• Valid Driving License.
