This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain a cohesive technical vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistent code quality.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable graph database architectures.
Strong understanding of data modeling and query optimization within graph databases.
Ability to integrate Neo4j solutions with various software platforms and services.
Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in complex database environments.
Skilled in collaborating with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
