Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistent code quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable graph database architectures.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and query optimization within graph databases.
- Ability to integrate Neo4j solutions with various software platforms and services.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in complex database environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
