Our client is an established international private equity firm with a strong global investment portfolio and regional presence across APAC. They are looking for a commercially minded HRBP to oversee Recruitment, Payroll and HR Operations and partner closely with senior leadership and drive end-to-end HR initiatives across the organization

s.Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and regional HR advisory suppor
t.Drive Talent Management initiatives including succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategie
s.Lead the Performance Management cycle across the organization, partnering with leadership on goal setting, performance reviews, calibration exercises, and talent assessment framework

g.Partner with management on organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives across regional office
