Our client is an established international private equity firm with a strong global investment portfolio and regional presence across APAC. They are looking for a commercially minded HRBP to oversee Recruitment, Payroll and HR Operations and partner closely with senior leadership and drive end-to-end HR initiatives across the organization

Key Responsibiliti

  • esAct as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the business, supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategy initiative
  • s.Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and regional HR advisory suppor
  • t.Drive Talent Management initiatives including succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategie
  • s.Lead the Performance Management cycle across the organization, partnering with leadership on goal setting, performance reviews, calibration exercises, and talent assessment framework
  • s.Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across regional hiring needs, including talent mapping, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboardin
  • g.Partner with management on organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives across regional office
  • s.Support Learning & Development initiatives and work closely with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability and leadership pipeline
  • s.Drive HR process improvements and support the implementation or enhancement of HR systems, policies, and reporting capabilitie
  • s.Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal governance standards across multiple jurisdiction
  • s.Prepare HR analytics, headcount reporting, and management presentations to support strategic business decision-makin
  • g.Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR practices and consistency across the organizatio

Requireme

  • ntsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related discipli
  • ne.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within private equity, financial services, investment management, professional services, or a fast-paced multinational environme
  • nt.Strong exposure across Talent Management, Performance Management, and end-to-end HR operatio
  • ns.Experience managing regional Talent Acquisition processes and partnering closely with senior business leade
  • rs.Commercially driven with strong stakeholder management and communication skil
  • ls.Ability to operate in a lean, fast paced, and high-performance environme
  • nt.Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable managing both strategic and operational HR responsibiliti
