Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients via phone, messaging, and digital channels to understand their health goals and present suitable Fitelo plans and services. The representative will be responsible for qualifying leads, conducting needs-based consultations, explaining program features and pricing, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on leads, managing client accounts, and collaborating with nutrition and fitness teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves handling customer queries, addressing concerns, and supporting high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling and closing abilities.
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and relationship-building.
Freshers are also appreciate to apply
Experience in Customer Service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Proven Lead Generation capabilities, with experience qualifying prospects and managing pipelines.
Competence in Account Management, including follow-up, retention, and upselling where appropriate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic office software; strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in health, wellness, or app-based services is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, meet performance targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
