Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Mohali district. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Tasks include reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets and goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Sales or marketing certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
