Key Qualifications &

Skills10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within multinational or regional organizations. Ideally in the shipping in
dustry.Experience managing HR across multiple countries or regions, ideally within operational or asset-heavy industries such as maritime, shipping, logistics, offshore, or industrial s
ectors.Strong exposure to regional workforce planning, talent management, and HR oper
ations.Familiarity with employment practices and regulations in India and the Philippines is advant
ageous.Hands-on HR professional with the ability to operate in dynamic and fast-paced enviro
nments.Strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with senior leaders across different cu
ltures.Experience implementing HR policies, frameworks, and HR systems across regional
