Key Qualifications &
- Skills10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within multinational or regional organizations. Ideally in the shipping in
- dustry.Experience managing HR across multiple countries or regions, ideally within operational or asset-heavy industries such as maritime, shipping, logistics, offshore, or industrial s
- ectors.Strong exposure to regional workforce planning, talent management, and HR oper
- ations.Familiarity with employment practices and regulations in India and the Philippines is advant
