Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for complex ServiceNow programs across multiple products
Define an integration strategy with strong security, governance, and reusability principles
Design highly scalable Service Portal frameworks & custom experiences
Expert handling of Transform Maps, complex orchestration flows & data governance
Lead delivery of ITOM implementations, including CMDB maturity initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, and roadmap planning
Perform code audits, solution quality checks, and estimate planning
Enable and coach development teams; define best practices and reusable assets
Management of restricted integrations involving Compliance and Data Privacy requirements
