The Sales Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) in Suryapet will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets for LAP products, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the Suryapet region.

Job Responsibilities:**

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed assigned LAP sales targets in Suryapet.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to increase market share and penetration for LAP products.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer qualification, loan application, and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Address customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or managerial role, preferably in the LAP or mortgage finance industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and lending processes.
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic action plans.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
