Job Description

The Sales Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) in Suryapet will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets for LAP products, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the Suryapet region.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed assigned LAP sales targets in Suryapet.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to increase market share and penetration for LAP products.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer qualification, loan application, and disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Address customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or managerial role, preferably in the LAP or mortgage finance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and lending processes.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic action plans.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Suryapet.
