Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
Experience in designing and developing applications using cloud-native technologies and services.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to integrate various SAP services and APIs to build comprehensive solutions.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
This position is based at our Pune office.
