- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using cloud-native technologies and services.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate various SAP services and APIs to build comprehensive solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
