Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
Document and communicate process designs clearly to support seamless implementation.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and design business processes effectively.
Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Ability to conduct detailed user and task analysis to understand business needs.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
