Job Description

Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
  • Document and communicate process designs clearly to support seamless implementation.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and design business processes effectively.
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ability to conduct detailed user and task analysis to understand business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with process documentation standards and best practices.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
