Built on a 25+ year jewellery supply chain advantage and a modern D2C approach, Aranqa is expanding its core team ahead of the festive and wedding season. You'll work closely with leadership with experience spanning D2C operations, merchandising and supply chain excellence with brands such as Pernia's Pop-Up Shop and Isharya

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations including daily order processing and fulfilment via Shopify + marketplaces and Shiprocket
Manage and track inventory status and coordinate restocks with vendors
Manage catalogue uploads and updates on Shopify
Handle customer conversations across WhatsApp and Instagram
Create and maintain weekly operational reports
Share consumer insights and suggest process improvements

Who You Are

Detail-oriented, proactive and organised
Comfortable managing multiple workflows independently
Confident interacting with customers
Prior D2C / ecommerce operations and Shopify knowledge experience required
Background in fashion / jewellery preferred
