We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Affiliate Sales with 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns on CPS and CPA models across worldwide (WW) markets, with a proven ability to scale performance and optimize ROI.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Affiliate Sales professional who can hunt, onboard, and activate quality affiliates across multiple verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, relationship building, and revenue-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard high-quality affiliates (media buyers, influencers, publishers, performance marketers)
Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and affiliate communities
Drive affiliate activation revenue generation scaling
Build and manage a strong affiliate pipeline aligned with business goals
Pitch relevant offers based on affiliate traffic type, GEO, and niche
Track affiliate performance and optimize for revenue growth
Maintain accurate data in CRM (Zoho/Trackier) with zero data gaps
Collaborate with internal teams (Advertiser Growth, Ops) for campaign alignment
Ensure quick turnaround (24–48 hrs) on affiliate communication and activation cycles

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Performance Marketing
Strong understanding of:
Affiliate ecosystem (publishers, networks, traffic sources)
Performance marketing models (CPS, CPL, CPA)
Excellent skills in:
Outreach & negotiation
Relationship building
Sales conversion mindset
Ability to identify high-potential affiliates & scale them
Comfortable with targets, revenue ownership, and fast-paced execution
Prior experience with affiliate networks preferred
