We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive Affiliate Sales with 23 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns on CPS and CPA models across worldwide (WW) markets, with a proven ability to scale performance and optimize ROI.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Affiliate Sales professional who can hunt, onboard, and activate quality affiliates across multiple verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, relationship building, and revenue-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-quality affiliates (media buyers, influencers, publishers, performance marketers)
  • Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and affiliate communities
  • Drive affiliate activation revenue generation scaling
  • Build and manage a strong affiliate pipeline aligned with business goals
  • Pitch relevant offers based on affiliate traffic type, GEO, and niche
  • Track affiliate performance and optimize for revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (Zoho/Trackier) with zero data gaps
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Advertiser Growth, Ops) for campaign alignment
  • Ensure quick turnaround (2448 hrs) on affiliate communication and activation cycles

Requirements

  • 14 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Affiliate ecosystem (publishers, networks, traffic sources)
  • Performance marketing models (CPS, CPL, CPA)
  • Excellent skills in:
  • Outreach & negotiation
  • Relationship building
  • Sales conversion mindset
  • Ability to identify high-potential affiliates & scale them
  • Comfortable with targets, revenue ownership, and fast-paced execution
  • Prior experience with affiliate networks preferred
