About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Data Scientist to join our growing team and help transform data into powerful business insights. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, build predictive models, uncover trends from complex datasets, and drive data-driven decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and statistical models.
Build predictive analytics solutions to solve business challenges.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.
Work with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or deep learning models where applicable.
Automate data workflows and improve data processing pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring tools.
