About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Data Scientist to join our growing team and help transform data into powerful business insights. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, build predictive models, uncover trends from complex datasets, and drive data-driven decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and statistical models.
• Build predictive analytics solutions to solve business challenges.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
• Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or deep learning models where applicable.
• Automate data workflows and improve data processing pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring tools.
