Role Overview

We are looking for Technical Recruiters (Junior, Mid, and Senior Levels) and Client Managers / Team Leads to join our growing recruitment team.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and team or project leadership (depending on experience level).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source quality candidates through headhunting, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
Handle IT, product, and startup hiring assignments — from junior to leadership levels.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication throughout the process.
Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously with strong attention to timelines.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring quality delivery and satisfaction.
Mentor and guide team members (for senior/lead roles).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring delivery.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in IT / Technical / Startup recruitment (Junior–Mid Level)
8+ years of experience in Client Management / Team Leadership (Senior / Manager Level)
Strong understanding of start-up hiring, product hiring, and niche tech roles.
Must be from a reputed recruitment firm.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
