Experience : 2-3 YearsDepartmentTalent Management - HR OperationsRole PurposeManage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, background verification, induction, employee documentation, lifecycle transactions, exit management, and reporting while ensuring process compliance and employee experience.Key Responsibilities1. Background Verification (BGV)Manage end-to-end BGV process in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.Validate employee documents and track timely completion.Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.2. Onboarding & InductionExecute onboarding activities from pre-joining to Day 1 readiness.Coordinate employee documentation and joining formalities.Facilitate induction and ensure seamless employee integration.4. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain employee records and HR documentation repository.Ensure adherence to policy, audit, and compliance requirements.Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.5.
