Background Verification (BGV)Manage end-to-end BGV process in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.Validate employee documents and track timely completion.Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.2. Onboarding & InductionExecute onboarding activities from pre-joining to Day 1 readiness.Coordinate employee documentation and joining formalities.Facilitate induction and ensure seamless employee integration.4. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain employee records and HR documentation repository.Ensure adherence to policy, audit, and compliance requirements.Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.5. Exit ManagementManage end-to-end employee separation process and clearance activities.Complete documentation and ensure timely process closure.Skills & CompetenciesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle knowledgeStakeholder managementData accuracy and attention to detailReporting & analyticsMS Excel and HRMS proficiencyCommunication and execution excellenceQualificationGraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)Preferred Experience2-3 years in HR Operations / Employee Lifecycle / Shared Services
