Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements
Work on modules like ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog
Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
Develop and customize Service Portal components (widgets, pages)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs
Maintain documentation for development and configurations

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience in ITSM module implementation
Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations
Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal)
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or HRSD modules
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
