Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

The lead ensures that projects are completed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional engineering groups to optimize resource utilization.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong knowledge of IT service workflows and incident management processes.
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex service management issues.
Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in service delivery.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
