Job Description

As the ESaaS - SFDC - Commerce Configuration & Administration expert, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ platform, integrating solutions across functional lines globally. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, obtain necessary business approvals, and drive project success.

Responsibilities

Translate business processes and requirements into SFDC/CPQ solutions, including systems integrations and ISV recommendations.
Lead the transformation from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ solution, establishing a global CRM architecture.
Ensure business approvals for change management processes are obtained.
Work with developers to design, test, and validate extensions to application functionality.
Lead escalation handling, taking ownership and proposing action plans for timely resolution.
Monitor project milestones, communicate essential information, and coordinate actions with the project team.
Review and contribute to team meetings and reports, ensuring open issues and action items are addressed.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and CPQ solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members on SFDC/CPQ-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Computer Science.
Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in Sales and Finance.
Extensive experience with SalesForce CPQ is mandatory.
Experience with Finance module is highly desirable.
Prior experience with system integration (CRM-ERP) is a plus.
Familiarity with BI tools and concepts is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
